Refund Policy

At xmradio.site, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your Siriusxm car kit or car recivers, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

✅ 1. Return Eligibility

You may return most products within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • All original accessories, manuals, and components are included

  • The item has not been installed, modified, or tampered with

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.

📦 2. How to Request a Return

To begin a return:

  1. Email us at contact@xmradio.site with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our team will respond with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions

  3. Ship the item to the return address provided using a trackable shipping service

Returns without an RMA number may be refused.

💰 3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued

🔄 4. Exchanges

Need a different product or ordered the wrong item? We make it easy to exchange your product within 30 days. Simply reach out to our support team to arrange an exchange.

🚫 5. Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Installed, used, or altered products

  • Digital downloads or SiriusXM activation services

  • Opened antennas or wiring kits

  • Clearance and Final Sale items

  • Customized or special-order products

🚚 6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method

  • XM Radio is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit

🕒 7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared:

  • First check your bank or credit card account

  • Then contact your payment provider (some processing delays are normal)
