At xmradio.site, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your Siriusxm car kit or car recivers, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
✅ 1. Return Eligibility
You may return most products within 30 days of delivery if:
The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
All original accessories, manuals, and components are included
The item has not been installed, modified, or tampered with
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
📦 2. How to Request a Return
To begin a return:
Email us at contact@xmradio.site with your order number and reason for return
Our team will respond with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions
Ship the item to the return address provided using a trackable shipping service
Returns without an RMA number may be refused.
💰 3. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued
🔄 4. Exchanges
Need a different product or ordered the wrong item? We make it easy to exchange your product within 30 days. Simply reach out to our support team to arrange an exchange.
🚫 5. Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
Installed, used, or altered products
Digital downloads or SiriusXM activation services
Opened antennas or wiring kits
Clearance and Final Sale items
Customized or special-order products
🚚 6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
XM Radio is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit
🕒 7. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared:
First check your bank or credit card account
Then contact your payment provider (some processing delays are normal)
